Phelps Bong Owner Charged After Trying To Sell Piece On Ebay

The owner of the bong used by Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps tried to sell the marijuana water pipe on eBay -- getting himself charged with the party attendees in the process. "Sources say the owner of the bong was trying to sell it on eBay for as much as $100,000," the paper reports. The bong has been located and confiscated by police.
